Apeak Invest takes a broad view on real estate investment. While primarily focused on Hawaii real estate acquisitions, we selectively pursue opportunities in select high-growth US markets to broaden our reach and diversify our exposure. We remain flexible in our approach, tackling both ground-up development and value-add projects, all dependent on available opportunity and cycle timing. Our geographic and investment strategy gives us the reach to uncover the most compelling investment opportunities for ourselves and our investment partners.

We leverage long-standing relationships across all the Hawaiian islands to find unique value-add investment opportunities. The deals we pursue require a specific underwriting approach including capitalization strategy, business / tenant considerations and a detailed understanding of block-by-block market dynamics to navigate the challenges of investing in remote island markets.

In the Rocky Mountain Region we broaden our exposure beyond Hawaii, offering our investors diversification in dynamic commercial markets with high-growth characteristics. For this strategy, we either co-invest with local sponsors or direct invest utilizing on-the-ground partners who align with our vision and demonstrate a willingness to tackle complex value-add projects. These markets include Denver, Boise, and Salt Lake City with a primary focus on industrial properites.

“As nearly vertical as possible without being free of the bottom. Tethered or anchored.”

What’s in the name Apeak? It’s important we push ourselves to tackle new markets, risks and projects while remaining true to a disciplined approach of investing.
