Fee Services
Listing analysis: $2,000 per property review (up to 8 hours) - service includes full property analysis, market evaluation, comparable sale or lease studies, feasibility study, underwriting assistance and offer guidance
Development Owner Rep: 2% - 4% fee of project costs (dependent on size and complexity of project) - service includes land analysis, zoning review, design interface, contractor bidding, feasibility study, partnership structure, assistance with financing, construction oversight, leasing and broker interface
Asset Management: 2% of property gross recurring revenue - service includes monthly review of property financials, strategic reserve analysis for cap ex projects, new or existing lease renewal, market data tracking, and key event analysis (refi, recap or disposition)
